Chapter Constitution

The Constitution of the Memphis Chapter of the AMS was originally written at the chapter's founding in 1970, followed by a series of amendments over the years to keep it current. In the summer of 2008, the Constitution was re-written to reflect the joint chapter status as an AMS/NWA chapter. The new proposed Constitution can be found at the link below.
